1. Service
The App provides AI-assisted short-video creation, including organizing scripts and storyboard prompts, submitting generation requests to third-party video models, and merging multiple clips. Final video frames are generated by third-party models; the App does not render finished video itself. Features shown in the App may change, pause, or end for business reasons.
2. Accounts
1. You may sign in with SMS or Sign in with Apple and are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Do not lend, transfer, or use your account for unlawful activity. We may restrict accounts showing risk.
3. Your content and license
1. You represent that you have rights to content you submit and that it does not infringe others' IP, portrait, privacy, or other rights.
2. To provide the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to store, process, display, and generate derivatives via AI models, limited to what is necessary for these Terms.
4. Membership and payment
If the App offers subscriptions or credit packs, prices, benefits, and settlement follow in-app display and applicable store rules. See also the Product Agreement. Except where law requires otherwise, consumed digital content may be non-refundable.
5. Prohibited conduct
Do not use the App to create or distribute illegal, pornographic, violent, hateful, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise harmful content, or to disrupt service or security.
6. Disclaimers
1. AI output: storyboards and video are generated by third-party AI and may be inaccurate or unexpected; review before publishing or commercial use and label AI-generated content where appropriate.
2. Video quality: the App provides prompt/storyboard tools and merge/export technology only and makes no warranty regarding third-party model quality, stability, consistency, resolution, A/V sync, or fitness for your purpose.
3. Fast vs standard models: "Fast" options prioritize speed and cost; output quality is often lower than standard models—suitable for drafts, not as your sole deliverable for high-quality work.
4. We are not liable within legal limits for interruption due to force majeure, network failure, or third-party service outage.
7. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate service with or without notice where law permits.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, submitted to a court with competent jurisdiction.
