1. Product scope
1. The App provides AI-assisted short-video creation, including story and storyboard editing, submitting generation requests to third-party video models, reference media management, multi-clip merging, subtitles, and export.
2. The App does not render AI video frames itself; final video is produced by third-party models. Merging and export are provided by the App.
3. We may update, limit, or discontinue modules, models, UI, or flows for business, compliance, or partner reasons.
2. Service boundaries (important)
1. Estimates of credit cost, generation time, model descriptions, and sample effects are for reference only—not a promise of quality or commercial suitability.
2. Results depend on third-party model versions, network conditions, your media and settings.
3. "Fast" options prioritize speed and cost; quality may be lower than standard models—suitable for drafts.
4. Review AI output before publishing; label AI-generated content where appropriate.
3. Credits, membership, and payment
1. Credits pay for eligible AI generation. Estimated deduction is shown before you confirm. Once a task is successfully submitted and enters processing, credits are typically charged per our rules.
2. Membership tiers may include monthly credits, discounts, or other benefits as shown in the App.
3. Credit packs are consumable virtual goods; spent or committed credits are generally non-refundable except where law or store rules require otherwise.
4. Payment channels include Apple App Store and other stores as shown in your build. Pricing, receipts, renewal, and refunds follow the relevant platform.
5. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew per platform rules; cancel in system or store subscription settings—benefits usually remain until period end.
6. Credits and membership bind to your account; no transfer, lending, or cash-out.
4. Acceptable use
1. You must have rights to materials and prompts you submit and comply with applicable law.
2. Do not use the App to generate or distribute illegal, infringing, abusive, or security-harming content.
3. We may warn, limit features, suspend service, or ban accounts for clear violations.
5. Intellectual property
1. Our UI, branding, software, and documentation (except third-party rights) belong to us or licensors.
2. You retain rights to your lawful inputs where applicable; use of AI outputs must comply with law, third-party model terms, and this Agreement.
6. Disclaimer and liability cap
1. We are not liable within legal limits for outages due to force majeure, network failure, third-party interruption, or policy changes beyond our control.
2. You bear responsibility for business decisions, distribution, and third-party disputes based on AI output.
3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for disputed services is capped at fees you paid us in the prior twelve months (zero for free users).
7. Updates
We may revise this Agreement with prominent in-app notice. Continued use means acceptance.
