1. Information we collect
1. Account: when you sign in with SMS verification or Sign in with Apple, we collect information needed to register, authenticate, and secure your account (such as phone number and identifiers or email provided by Apple).
2. Content you submit: stories, storyboard scripts, prompts, reference images/videos/audio, project settings, and finished videos; when cloud sync is enabled, such content may be transmitted over HTTPS and stored on our or our cloud providers' infrastructure.
3. Device & logs: device model, OS version, crash logs, and coarse network type for debugging, security, and analytics.
2. How we use information
1. To provide, maintain, and improve the App (AI storyboarding, video generation, subtitles, merge/export, billing).
2. For legal compliance and content safety review.
3. With your consent, to send security and service-related notices.
4. After separate in-app authorization, to send your content to third-party AI services to fulfill generation or recognition requests you initiate (see section 4).
3. Storage and security
1. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
2. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed and retention is not required by law.
4. Third-party AI services and sharing
To provide AI storyboarding, video generation, speech recognition, etc., only after you tap "Agree and send" in the App, we may forward data you actively submit over HTTPS to third-party AI providers, including:

Data types that may be sent
- Story text, storyboard scripts, prompts, and generation parameters
- Reference images, videos, and audio (if any)
- Video/audio segments needed for subtitle recognition (if any)
- Project title, shot index, and similar task context (not account passwords)
Data is used only to fulfill AI generation or recognition requests you initiate. We do not use it for ad targeting or sell it to unrelated third parties. AI outputs may be inaccurate; label AI-generated content when publishing. You may revoke third-party AI sharing in Settings → Privacy & AI.
5. Content safety review (third party)
For compliance, when you start AI generation or submit reference media, we may forward relevant text or media to:

Such data is used only for compliance screening, not for AI generation, ads, or sale.
6. Your rights
Where applicable law allows, you may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent. You may delete local data and request server account deletion via in-app account deletion (subject to backend capability).
7. Minors
If you are a minor, use the App under guardian guidance. See also the Children's Privacy Statement (Chinese).
8. Policy updates
We may update this policy with prominent in-app notice. Continued use means acceptance.
